Keeping things simple isn’t always as fast and as easy as many of us like it these days. My friends and I often find that keeping things simple may take much longer than we thought. One example was last weekend when my wife was sick and I decided she can’t have the canned pre-made chicken noodle soup — it has to be the absolute best to get her well faster!
…………..
Anyway… 4 hours later we had soup. It was great and really much better and a lot less sodium than the canned version, but it did take a long time to run to the store, get what we didn’t have and create it from scratch…
So how do I get from chicken noodle soup to Yin Yang Water? It’s just about convenience (so I’ll also keep it short).
This post is just about sticking to what you know you should do and making it easy for you to do it!
Here’s the recipe for great tasting and healing water.
Yin Yang Water Recipie
- 1 Cup of Cold Spring Water
- 1 Cup of Boiled Spring Water
- 1-2 tsp. Pure Honey (to taste)
Directions:
Add them in any order, just make sure you mix and drink while it’s still warm.
Simple recipie, great results for the body.
Please try to use this water to replace soda, juice that’s not real juice (those with high fructose corn syrup), and anything else with artifical sweetners.
Easy Does It
To make it simple, get a water boiler. Something that you can just keep water in, press a button, and minutes later you have boiled water. You need a device you can just click on in the morning while you’re getting ready, and then come back to when it’s done.
My wife bought a Keurig coffee maker a while ago and even though I don’t drink coffee, I actually found it is a great source of fast boilding water (20 seconds or so), which I now use every day.
Find ways to make it easy because the easier it is the more you’ll probably do it. If it’s not a habit of yours already, make it easy for yourself in the beginning so you’ll be able to stick to it!
Always be proactive about your health and wellness.
