Many people are new to the concepts of ancient Chinese medicine, so if that’s you, here’s another way to think about it.
Most people understand what prayer is, and the benefits behind it. You calm yourself down, some people kneel down or sit down and hold hands. Then you say a prayer wishing assistance for yourself, someone else, a group of people, or if it’s a really long one, maybe even all of those at once!
Done – you’ve just helped your friend in an amazing way, and you were able to get across the message to the universe, universal energy, universal love, God or your Master — whatever you want to call it. You’re asking for help and you’re doing it from a loving and caring place, that’s what is important.
So what do these requests for help have to do with Qigong? Well, let me explain a bit about your interaction with the universal energy.
For those of you who have watched or read The Secret, you’ll have a better understanding of what I’m talking about right now.
Basically you just took some of your time and energy to sit down and focus your mind on a thought, and sent that to the universe, so lets use an example, say you just sent out a prayer for your daughter to be healed from a certain illness.
Well, many of you may be thinking that those things don’t really work, and they certainly don’t work immediately.
The reason why you’re not going to get good results is because you keep sending mixed messages to the universe.
Out of all the moments and energy that you have during the entire day, if you take just a few seconds to hope for something, what are you doing the rest of the day?
Many people do the opposite things that counteract those helpful prayers by sending prayers (even though they aren’t kneeling down with their eyes closed), by just speaking, thinking, feeling and acting otherwise.
Usually people spend less than 1% of their energy in a day on that one prayer, but 10%, 20% or even more is spent thinking or doing the opposite thing. Which one wins? Well, even at 10% of the time saying or doing the negative actions counteracting the prayer, that’s 10 TIMES MORE ENERGY!
So how does Qigong play a great role in many peoples’ lives today?
Basically with Qigong the ancient Chinese have taken prayer, the message that you can send out to the universe, and made it stronger–more powerful, so that the message you send out gets received (without jumbling the message by conflicting thoughts, feelings, and actions).
Spring Forest Qigong techniques show everyone that they have the ability to focus your mind, spirit, and body with unconditional love to send tremendous prayers out into the universe.
Using the techniques and meditations taught in Spring Forest Qigong, practitioners focus their thoughts and energy making a powerful connection to the universal energy by quieting their mind and body (limiting conflicting messages), and then sending the healing messages to the universe so that it can bring the body back into balance and heal itself as it was meant to do.
Spring Forest Qigong is not a religion, but a tremendous exercise that allows you to send those messages in a very powerful way. We hope that you’ll join us in working together to create a healer in every family and a world without pain.
With love,
