Spring Forest Qigong: Level One Workshop for Health
In this class you will learn the history and general principles of Spring Forest Qigong. Qigong roughly translates to the practice or use of the body’s energy. We use it in Spring Forest Qigong to help ourselves and others increase self-awareness, build internal energy and develop a healthy body physically and spiritually.
The workshop will show you how energy blockages affect your health, and keys to successful healing. This workshop will introduce you to this wonderful and powerful spiritual healing energy that can greatly increase the quality of your life.

Online Level One Class
Learn the general principles of Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ) including the basics of how energy flows and how blockages form in the mind and body that cause illness and disease.
Find out how you can clear your energy blockages by learning the complete SFQ Level One course including topics like: What is Energy, How Energy Affects Your Body, and Learning To Control Your Energy. You?ll also learn all Level One active exercises and sitting meditations. SFQ is not a religion, but a study of how energy flows in the body and nature. Course fee includes: the training and SFQ Level One Manual.
After fully completing the course (all lectures and participation), students will are eligible to receive a certificate if they pass the SFQ Level One test (optional) at the end of the course. $20 material fee for manual is due to instructor first day of class Class taught by SFQ Certified Instructor Alexander Keely. Learn how to immediately help your body heal and practice on a weekly basis!
Get the most benefeit by not just learning but by practicing with our group in a relaxing and fun setting that will help you heal physical and emotional pain and illness. You’ll learn how you can restore balance and health to your mind and body with simple, effective, slow, and soothing exercises that anyone can do. Wear comfortable clothing.
Classes consist of a warm-up, brief topic lecture, active exercises, and closing sitting meditation. Practice group lead by Spring Forest Qigong Certified Instructor Alexander Keely.
