Many people are new to the concepts of ancient Chinese medicine, so if that’s you, here’s another way to think about it.
Most people understand what prayer is, and the benefits behind it. You calm yourself down, some people kneel down or sit down and hold hands. Then you say a prayer wishing assistance for yourself, someone else, a group of people, or if it’s a really long one, maybe even all of those at once!
Done – you’ve just helped your friend in an amazing way, and you were able to get across the message to the universe, universal energy, universal love, God or your Master — whatever you want to call it. You’re asking for help and you’re doing it from a loving and caring place, that’s what is important.
So what do these requests for help have to do with Qigong? Well, let me explain a bit about your interaction with the universal energy.
For those of you who have watched or read The Secret, you’ll have a better understanding of what I’m talking about right now.
Basically you just took some of your time and energy to sit down and focus your mind on a thought, and sent that to the universe, so lets use an example, say you just sent out a prayer for your daughter to be healed from a certain illness.
Well, many of you may be thinking that those things don’t really work, and they certainly don’t work immediately.
The reason why you’re not going to get good results is because you keep sending mixed messages to the universe.
Out of all the moments and energy that you have during the entire day, if you take just a few seconds to hope for something, what are you doing the rest of the day?
Many people do the opposite things that counteract those helpful prayers by sending prayers (even though they aren’t kneeling down with their eyes closed), by just speaking, thinking, feeling and acting otherwise.
Usually people spend less than 1% of their energy in a day on that one prayer, but 10%, 20% or even more is spent thinking or doing the opposite thing. Which one wins? Well, even at 10% of the time saying or doing the negative actions counteracting the prayer, that’s 10 TIMES MORE ENERGY!
So how does Qigong play a great role in many peoples’ lives today?
Basically with Qigong the ancient Chinese have taken prayer, the message that you can send out to the universe, and made it stronger–more powerful, so that the message you send out gets received (without jumbling the message by conflicting thoughts, feelings, and actions).
Spring Forest Qigong techniques show everyone that they have the ability to focus your mind, spirit, and body with unconditional love to send tremendous prayers out into the universe.
Using the techniques and meditations taught in Spring Forest Qigong, practitioners focus their thoughts and energy making a powerful connection to the universal energy by quieting their mind and body (limiting conflicting messages), and then sending the healing messages to the universe so that it can bring the body back into balance and heal itself as it was meant to do.
Spring Forest Qigong is not a religion, but a tremendous exercise that allows you to send those messages in a very powerful way. We hope that you’ll join us in working together to create a healer in every family and a world without pain.
With love,

Brushing your teeth can be just annoying to do. You’re tired after a hard day at work and you just want to plop down and rest. Ahhhhhhhhhh, you need to do it! You must! Also, it’s definitely is a pleasure once done (especially for those around you).
Scientists now understand that the plaque build up around your teeth leads to plaque build up in your blood vessels, which prevents the proper blood flow –> oxygen to parts of your body.
What should you do? Brush often and do it the right way. Many people (including me until a few months ago) brush there teeth in a good way already so here are some helpful tips to make it even better!
Speak with your dentist about brushing just to make sure you’ve got it right.
Here are a few lessons I learned from my dentist during my last visit a few months ago from which I’ve really seen a lot of improvement in my own teeth.
- Always brush at least two times a day (preferably after meals as well).
- When you brush, always use COLD water only. Fluoride, the ingredient in toothpaste that prevents cavities, doesn’t stick to your teeth properly when you use hot water.
- Only put your toothbrush inside your mouth once when brushing. What? Ok… stay with me. That means don’t take your toothbrush out of your mouth, wash it off, then put it back inside and continue brushing! That will just scrape off the fluoride and ingredients in that help your teeth!
- Only rinse your mouth out with COLD water (for the above stated reasons).
- Try not to drink anything above warm temperature for about 20 minutes after brushing your teeth (again for the same reasons as stated above), and that’s it!
These small brushing tips will help you with your teeth care and body care so that you can keep smiling all day long!
Always consult a board certified dentist before changing your current routine.
Always be proactive about your health and wellness.

Keeping things simple isn’t always as fast and as easy as many of us like it these days. My friends and I often find that keeping things simple may take much longer than we thought. One example was last weekend when my wife was sick and I decided she can’t have the canned pre-made chicken noodle soup — it has to be the absolute best to get her well faster!
…………..
Anyway… 4 hours later we had soup. It was great and really much better and a lot less sodium than the canned version, but it did take a long time to run to the store, get what we didn’t have and create it from scratch…
So how do I get from chicken noodle soup to Yin Yang Water? It’s just about convenience (so I’ll also keep it short).
This post is just about sticking to what you know you should do and making it easy for you to do it!
Here’s the recipe for great tasting and healing water.
Yin Yang Water Recipie
- 1 Cup of Cold Spring Water
- 1 Cup of Boiled Spring Water
- 1-2 tsp. Pure Honey (to taste)
Directions:
Add them in any order, just make sure you mix and drink while it’s still warm.
Simple recipie, great results for the body.
Please try to use this water to replace soda, juice that’s not real juice (those with high fructose corn syrup), and anything else with artifical sweetners.
Easy Does It
To make it simple, get a water boiler. Something that you can just keep water in, press a button, and minutes later you have boiled water. You need a device you can just click on in the morning while you’re getting ready, and then come back to when it’s done.
My wife bought a Keurig coffee maker a while ago and even though I don’t drink coffee, I actually found it is a great source of fast boilding water (20 seconds or so), which I now use every day.
Find ways to make it easy because the easier it is the more you’ll probably do it. If it’s not a habit of yours already, make it easy for yourself in the beginning so you’ll be able to stick to it!
Always be proactive about your health and wellness.
